Womens fashion: Appropriate fashion accessories for the office

Offices are a very public place. There is a certain kind of clothing that is appropriate depending on what kind of office one works in.

I have to say one of my pet peeves is court offices. I won’t say where but for example. There is a court office where the women wear the shortest skirts possible and very sexy clothes. In my opinion that is all wrong. Short skirts are fine but should not be a requirement. This is a professional office and women are not working there to wear their sexiest clothes. They should appear professional. Suits with pants or skirts should give a little. And not so much that their cleavage shows. Shoes should be the appropriate color according to the color of the clothes and comfortable. Loafers are good if one is wearing pants. If a woman wears dressers or suits than a basic, shorter healed shoe would work. But not a dance shoe.

Jewelry should be modest with simple earrings and necklace. If one is wearing clothing that match gold, than gold color should be the match. If one is wearing clothing that matches silver jewelry than all silver should be used.

Shoes in color should be a very important accessory. Depending on colors in the outfit would decide which color shoes.

Now if you are in an office job than short nails would be advisable. Nails could be colored in an appropriate color of maybe a basic top coat would work.

Hats, not worn much anymore are also an important accessory. But hats should also match the shoes and purse and be in fashion with the outfit as well as the hair and the jewelry.

Purses are very important. Purses and shoes should match as well as the fingernail polish.
