Understanding Alpha Women Role Models and Characteristics
In Alpha Relational Dynamics I like to deal with the Alpha female models. Once you know your relationship to the ‘Alpha’ model of women, those that are of ‘lesser’ caliber (or any combination of them) you’ll know how to handle or work with.
Keep in mind that most dating coaches don’t even touch on the topic of female behaviorism..I don’t know why because it’s half of the puzzle. Maybe because they just didn’t understand and put all the emphasis on the man..if he’s
failing it ‘must’ be his fault.
With Alpha R.D. we have to look at root female behaviorism so we can see clearly and align the relational elements into their proper place; just like an architect or powerful producer would do.
Ok, so..
A woman (like a man) has three main behavioral characteristics; Natural, Inner and Social. From this is defined all of their behavior (I’ve just broken it down). Know your relationship to each of these root
‘behavioristics’ at any level of development and you will be a powerful and effective ladies man.
The N.I.S. Alpha women we can look at as general stereotypes to help ‘train’ you on differentiating these characteristics.
As I define, there are natural alpha’s, inner alpha’s and social alpha’s. Here I’ll just give you an overview so you know what I’m talking about because you know these women; it’s just time to really ’see’.
In N.I.S. order, I call these feminine Alpha models; Palmys, Prada’s and Prickteases.
The natural alpha role model I now call ‘Palmy’ (or pure, pastoral). This is named after the Thai singer Palmy who is a perfect example of very strong natural feminine energy or character. She has innocence and purity in her character and it’s very easy to see, especially the more cognitive and alpha you become as a man.
The natural alpha woman is the more traditional woman as you know her. She hasn’t ‘developed’ necessarily as much as Prada’s and she hasn’t been influenced as much as the Prickteases. The Palmy would make a perfect wife because she has not been corrupted over with unnatural/frictional dogma.
There are few purely natural women left in the social matrix. That is why it is so hard to see them. You pretty much have to leave the social matrix itself and go to a more natural and down to earth culture.
Ironically, these women still make up the majority of women around the world, but the Architects wouldn’t want you to know that because they would lose money and power.
The Alpha women you are more used to are the Prada’s and Prickteases who intimidate the crap out of most men daily.
The Prada’s are the long-term girlfriend types (so you think). They’re the intelligent, hard-working,
‘independent’, career woman who knows how to dress really well. You don’t think of sex with her when you see her but you love her energy and are still thrown off by the idea of being with her.
They often have an aloof and dismissive attitude towards men because of their acquired independence. The Prada’s are the ‘Inner’ Character Alpha women because they have developed a strong, independent and unique personality and persona. You can think of them as representing NYC.
Examples would include Oprah Winfrey, Condi Rice, newsanchor women, fashion models (for female apparel), Nicole Kidmans, the girl with glasses and pony tail in a NYC cubicle.
The Prickteases are the Social Alpha women. You could say they represent Los Angeles. They generally have bleached blonde hair, fake boobs, tight, sexy clothes and they are
used to being the stimulus like their role models of Playboy girls and porn stars.
They will flash their T&A on the internet, in nightclubs or mens magazines.
They are nearly dependent on the social ‘game’. The stereotypical Pricktease (playboy girl) is low in Inner Character compared to Prada’s.
And all other women are a general combination usually of lesser than Alpha quality. Now of course each woman is different and unique but that falls under her Inner Character.
A big point here of having cognition of these root ‘behavioristics’ is so that you can bring women down to earth relationally. When you understand your relationship to any level of her development and can realize that she is still a person like you are, you’ll be able to stop making her a ‘Pussaliath’.
her Inner and Social character are both causally rooted and ‘logical’. It’s her natural character that matters so you can just override any level of development she has in relation to you because it’s the natural character that matters anyways.
When you’re equal to her and not overedifying her characteristics (b/c you understand them now), you’ll actually be able to then appreciate her for who she is instead of being blinded by it.
So each woman has a bit of Palmy, Prada and Pricktease in her. They are all different but it’s these three alpha female models that will train you to have power.
Because when you know your relationship to the most extreme and desirable ‘alpha’ model of each of those (ie. a Paris Hilton social alpha), then you’ll know your relationship to all other women who represent any level of power too.
There is a lot more training to do in this area so I encourage you to find out more because this is the real fix because instead of being ignorant to their leveraged power (rooted socially), you’ll be able to cut through it all and see the true woman while retaining your power and favor.

Fashions come and fashions go – but speculation about what they mean goes on. But it is not only cultural theorists who think that fashions reflect our society and what we think is important: that fashion epitomises contemporary feelings about money, life and life. These attitudes, it is maintained, affect (or reflect) the state of the economy.
Ever since women moved out of the cave, what they wear has been discussed. Egpytian fashions were very revealing: gossamer thin robes that left the breasts exposed (and most of everything else!). Roman women wore togas, long lengths of cloth that were fastened by brooches on the shoulders. In both these societies, women (at least those who weren’t peasants or labourers) were expected to be ladies, and didn’t engage in physical work or fighting. Indeed, they couldn’t – these robes would have just slipped off. They were, to a certain extent, handicapped by their garments.
And this tradition – of women’s garments being inhibited, continued through the centuries. While men wore short skirts (for example, kilts) or trousers, enabling ease of movement, women wore long skirts, often together with other disabling paraphanalia, which included bustles, crinoline hoops, layered petticoats, whalebone corsets, and long sleeves. On top of this, they wore high heels, or very small shoes (like Chinese women); had long hair (difficult to manage) and sometimes extremely elaborate hairstyles (think Marie Antionette).
As a result, women could barely walk, let alone run; they couldn’t swim or play tennis or ride a bicycle; in fact, their job in life seemed to be to sit around and be pretty, perhaps exerting themselves to a spot of piano-playing or reading from time to time. Any woman who did more than this in those times was truly exceptional! In fact, they were trained to be incompetent and therefore were forced to be submissive in order to survive – so much so, that even when fashions changed, this feeling that women were incompetent survived.
Men must have felt pretty competent in running the world.
In the Western World, this changed substantially after the First World War. The slaughter of millions of young European men meant that there were simply not enough men left to do the kinds of work that was traditionally theirs. In no time, women entered the workforce (many pleased to get out of the home) and worked in factories, entertainment, the professions and anywhere they could get a job and earn their own
What Plus Size Women Should Wear and Should not Wear
Everybody wants to be fashionable. Of course, plus size women need not aspire to become popular ramp models, but they could try to be as fascinating as typical models by coming up with good decisions about what to and what not to wear.
What to wear
Stretchy pants and drab tent dresses are considered the basic types of outfits that plus size women must have in their closets. Polyester pants are also among those basic clothings for such women. Through the years, it has been very usual to see obese women wear such clothes to play safe and avoid fashion verdicts.
But modern plus size women are turning more experimental. Fashion experts and retailers are now increasing their focus on this segment of the female population. Now, almost any type of clothes usually worn by slimmer women can be worn by plus size ones. The designs, colors and styles can be the same, but sizes make the difference.
As many experts always tell plus size women, to emerge as fashionable upon wearing an outfit or any accompanying accessories, one has to put up a good attitude and exude overwhelming confidence. Plus size women, no matter how bruised their egos and self esteems are, should also take that heed. Thus, the best thing to wear for these females when aiming to please people is a sense of confidence.
What not to wear
In the contrary, there are several types of clothes that plus size women should always resist to wear. Take note that while it is true that some clothes can look good on these women when sizes are adjusted, these casual clothes would fail to make such women visually appealing.
Denim jeans are among those clothes. Because it is considered a fashion staple, people wear jeans safely in almost any occasion. Jeans go along well with practically anything and anyone. But not with plus size women. Jeans only highlight the fatty areas of the lower part of the body.
Halter tops surely help make women feel comfortable especially during spring and summer, but they are not ideal to be worn by plus size women. Doing so would only accentuate fat bellies and sides, making the obese woman look more as an object of ridicule.
Overall, plus size women of today are very fortunate. That is because they have greater choices of what to wear and more knowledge about those outfits they can live without.
