We don’t have to wait long between Michael Jackson stories these days, and today’s is another gem. (see what i did there –you will in a minute).

Seriously, stories are circulating of of a plan to use an existing industrial process to make the kop’s body into diamonds!
Well why not? I’ll have one if you’re knocking them out cheap.

Well, to each his own, but for me that’s definitely not a good look. Even for a man!

What an extraordinary piece of news.

At just 50 years old the self-proclaimed king of pop is dead.

And so comes to an end an incredible life of highs and lows. Jackson was a musical genius and showman par-excellence but as with a few other high-flyers before him he was a victim of, amongst other things, his own success and never had the time to grow up which is taken for granted by us mere mortals.

His life was in many respects stranger-than-fiction so whilst his death at just 50 is shocking it is i some way not entirely surprising.

As with all great artists his musical legacy will live on a nd i would not be surprised if like the similarly tragically celebrated Elvis he went on to sell more records after death than before.

Queue an unsavory scrimmage for the profits.
